Paramount: Nashville's 60-Story Luxury Landmark Redefining Exclusive Living
Introducing Paramount, a 60-story high-rise set to become the tallest building in Nashville, surpassing the iconic "Batman" building. The building will offer 140 luxury residences with pre-sale pricing starting at $1 million. The top four floors will feature the most premium residences with exclusive amenities and stunning views of the Nashville skyline.
Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including a lounge and bar area, a cozy fireplace room, a private dining room, a fitness and yoga room, a game room, and a 16,000-square-foot open deck with a pool, cabanas, grilling stations, and an outdoor exercise area.
Designed by renowned architects Goettsch Partners (GP) and developed by Giarratana LLC, Paramount's sleek design will include faceted glass surfaces to reflect light and emphasize its verticality.
Construction is set to begin later this year, with completion scheduled for 2027. Interested buyers can reserve their residence with a 10% deposit and an additional 5% due when Paramount tops out. Prices range from $1.4 million to $8 million, with the average cost around $1,358 per square foot. The exclusive top-floor homes will command even higher prices, with the single-unit penthouse on the 60th floor priced at up to $35 million.
Paramount promises a lifestyle that celebrates Nashville's luxury, design, and culture and is set to become a symbol of modern living in one of the country's fastest-growing cities.
